Foxwood Clothing is an Australian-designed women's apparel brand that belongs to the Stage II clothing family. The brand features three ranges that emphasise comfort, affordability, and style: the Elements Collection, which offers luxurious loungewear; the Seasonal Collection, crafted to create a versatile wardrobe transitionable from work to play; and Leisurefit, which provides stylish yet comfortable everyday athleisure wear.

The EDMs aim to showcase elements from these collections, focusing on highlighting new arrivals, announcing collection launches, drawing attention to sales, and informing customers about the restock of popular products, among other updates.

 
  • Graphic design principles utilised to visually depict the overall finished concept resulting in a memorable final product.

  • Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) design serves as an effective digital marketing strategy aimed at captivating engaged customers while highlighting products that may interest them. This approach combines visual appeal and strategic messaging to encourage customer interaction and promote brand loyalty.

  • Custom designed EDMs built in Klaviyo to utilise their marketing automations, segments and customer analytics. Plus, creation of customer flows to encourage future engagement.

 
 
 

The Foxwood EDMs were developed under a fixed-term, part-time in-house contract with Stage II. Using the existing logo and adhering to brand guidelines, each EDM style aimed to convey a fresh narrative for the product while preserving a cohesive and recognisable Foxwood style.

It was encouraged to elevate the style of the EDMs, all the while ensuring that a clear ‘Foxwood Clothing’ story was communicated to the dedicated customer base.

Multiple emails were designed and then built within Klaviyo throughout the contract period. Once created each EDM was tested before being sent to the Foxwood community.
